• Measure your finger when your body temperature is normal. (Measuring your finger after physical exertion, or after being in cold temperatures causes the fingers to shrink or expand).

• Keep in mind that each finger has a different size. Sizes may differ between your left and right hand, as one hand is usually larger than the other. It's important to note that the ring you choose will fit perfectly on the finger for which you've measured the size, but may not fit as well on any other finger.

To find out your size we recommend: 1. Measure your finger at our studio or at any jewelry store close to your home and convert to the European size according to the table if needed.

Each piece is made to order, while valuing every unique detail. We recommend avoiding any kind of contact with liquids when it comes to your 14k gold plated jewelry. In order to protect the plating of your jewelry - remove it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing hands, and before applying perfume, lotion, or hair products. Store the jewelry in your jollori box when not in use. Your silver pieces can be in contact with water. Avoid contact with any kind of perfumes, beauty products and so on.

You can choose if your order will get to you via delivery \ pick up from our studio. How long will it take for my order to arrive by delivery? Until 15 business days. How long will it take for my order to be ready for pick up? Until 10 business days. Every item is made to order especially for you. Therefore, we take up to 10 business days to produce each piece in our workshop, then the delivery will arrive to you in 5 more business days. We make an effort to get your order ready as soon as possible.

Local Delivery takes 5 business days (from the moment the order is ready) and costs 30 Nis.

Pickup is possible from our studio located in Herzliya. Schedule the pickup time with us after receiving a message that your order is ready.
